Eileen Henry is a RIE® Associate, a mediator, and a Member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. She is a pioneer in the field of child sleep specialists and has helped families find peaceful sleep, all over the world, for almost two decades.

Eileen is an author and keynote speaker. Her book The Compassionate Sleep Solution: can be found on Amazon. Her sleep program is rooted in the RIE® Approach and Regulatory Theory.

Eileen has been referred to as; “The Brene Brown of Sleep of Consultants.”

Sleep is a side effect of a safe, nurturing environment that values this basic human need. Peaceful sleep evolves out of the secure functioning relationship with the parents.

Eileen has shared her expertise with local hospitals and pediatricians at Boulder Community Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Avista Adventist Hospital, and Denver’s Lutheran Medical Center as well as various health and wellness publications. She has been featured on Janet Lansbury’s Elevating Child Care: A Guide to Respectful Parenting.
