“Tacit agreement is if you haven’t said, if you didn’t say no, then you’ve said yes. It’s an old law merchant and even modern commerce, like if everybody had to do what’s called a mirror image contract. I’m offering you this. I accept that like on every transaction, it would just completely bog down.”
“We have the dominant position here. It’s just been, you are taken away by claims, etc, and so we just have to get that all back, legally, lawfully, spiritually, financially, all these mechanisms that we all buy into, we have to make our statement known and act on it like we can’t sit back and just let it happen or or hope for the cavalry coming over the hill.”
